Welcome to Revolucent. These Terms govern your use of our platform, including bundled SMS, review management, funnel, CRM, and booking tools powered by HighLevel.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract.

2. Services

You will receive access to Revolucent’s SaaS tools powered by HighLevel technology. We may update or expand the service offerings over time.

3. SMS Messaging Terms (“Program Name SMS”)

Program Description

Upon opting in to the Program, you will receive SMS messages from Revolucent regarding updates, reminders, promotional offers, and review requests.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service anytime by texting STOP to the shortcode or longcode. After sending STOP, you’ll receive confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, sign up again as originally and messaging will resume.

Message Rates & Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless carrier for plan questions.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Compliance Requirements

All SMS subscribers must explicitly opt in (by web form checkbox or texting a keyword) and must double opt in where required.

The first message to any new subscriber must include both sender identification (e.g., business name) and opt-out language (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) unless the message already contains them. HighLevel enforces this automatically in compliance settings.

Messages must comply with A2P 10DLC rules, avoiding prohibited content (e.g., phishing, tobacco, firearms).

Monitor opt-out and error rates: keep opt-out rate below ~1% (2% triggers rate lock); error rate below ~6% (12% triggers suspension).

Use only valid cellular numbers for messaging (no landlines). Enable number validation to avoid sending to invalid numbers.

5. Account & Billing

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, marks, and software are owned by Revolucent or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

We provide the platform “as-is.” No warranties expressed or implied.

We are not liable for lost data, indirect damages, or third-party delays.

SMS delivery depends on carriers; we do not guarantee 100% deliverability.

8. Termination

You may terminate services at any time. We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or any applicable laws or messaging policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Revolucent is incorporated. You consent to jurisdiction in that state’s courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; we will notify users before changes apply. Continued use implies acceptance.
